Transnational workshop carried out

The project partners organised a transnational workshop in Karlskrona, Sweden.For two days they exchanged their evidence-based experiences made during the pilots of tele-consultation and tele-mentoring. They discussed the lessons learned and started to structure their last output - a handbook with practical guidelines for set up.
